Md. Morshed Alam, Managing Director, Board of Directors: Mr. Alam is an Agriculturist by profession. He had his B.Sc. (Ag.) (Hons.) from the Bangladesh Agricultural University. Beginning of his career, Mr. Alam worked in a reputed multinational company, in marketing of its agricultural products (Agrochemicals). Later he engaged in marketing of animal health products and other agro-based business.

Mr. Alam is a leading personality around the country’s poultry/livestock industry. In the industry, he is well known as an efficient organizer and dynamic entrepreneur. He has good rapport in the Government and Non - Government organizations involved in production of feed for poultry/fish, hatcheries, commercial poultry farms and extension of poultry/livestock. His technical know-how about poultry/fish feed, nutrition of poultry, is well acknowledged by the industry. Articles on animal feed and poultry nutrition published in the local Poultry magazines regularly.

Mrs. Shahanara Morshed, Director, Board of Directors: Mrs. Morshed is an economist by profession. She has completed her Masters’ in Economics. In addition to her position in Axil, she is the Managing Director of Cosmic Marketing Limited – a marketing company deals in veterinary medicine and poultry/fish feed since 1996. Over the year, Mrs. Morshed is working in the feed industries and gathered adequate experience to handle the marketing network. She is putting her efforts in developing an efficient network and the development of the poultry industry of Bangladesh. She is the member of the World’s Poultry Science Association - Bangladesh Branch
(WPSA-BB).

Md. Rabiul Alam, Director, Board of Directors: Mr. Alam completed his Masters in Management from University of Dhaka. He is now working as Deputy Managing Director of Cosmic Marketing Limited. He takes care of company’s sales department as well as finance department. He started his career as a banker. Around 5 years Mr. Alam involved to develop network-based software. He worked for Bangladesh Computer Council as programmer. He is an Associate member of the Bangladesh Computer Society.

Abdullah Alam, Director, Board of Directors: Mr. Alam completed his Masters in Statistics from University of Dhaka. He is now working as Director Marketing of Cosmic Marketing Limited. He is engaged in marketing Animal Health Products and the feed for poultry and fish. He is a young and energetic person who is providing continuous support in terms of business strategies and action plan. He is the member of the World’s Poultry Science Association - Bangladesh Branch (WPSA-BB).
